Archiving Policy
The Journal of Language, Literature, Social and Cultural Studies (JLLSCS) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and availability of its published scholarly content. The journal recognizes the importance of digital archiving in safeguarding academic knowledge, maintaining the integrity of scholarly publications, and ensuring that research remains accessible to readers, researchers, and the wider academic community.
JLLSCS aims to preserve all published articles and associated scholarly materials through appropriate digital archiving and preservation practices. The journal is committed to maintaining the integrity of its digital publications and minimizing the risk of content loss resulting from technical failures, website disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Authors are permitted to deposit their published articles in institutional repositories, personal academic websites, and other recognized scholarly repositories, provided that the original publication in JLLSCS is properly acknowledged. Authors should include the article title, author information, journal name, volume, issue, page numbers or article number, publication year, and DOI or permanent article URL, where available.
To support the long-term preservation of its publications, JLLSCS encourages the use of reliable digital preservation systems and institutional archiving services. The journal may implement or participate in recognized digital preservation initiatives, such as the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe), or CLOCKSS, subject to availability and formal participation.
In the event that the journal's website becomes temporarily or permanently unavailable, JLLSCS will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to its published articles through available archival copies, institutional repositories, or other reliable preservation services.
JLLSCS is committed to reviewing and improving its archiving practices as necessary to support the continuity, accessibility, and long-term preservation of scholarly publications. Through this policy, the journal seeks to promote responsible scholarly communication, protect the academic record, and ensure that its published research remains available for future generations of scholars and readers.
